Home Services

I charge a flat fee of £35 for a Health Check and £35 for a Proection Pack. This means that one price applies, - however long it takes. The Health Check will clear your PC of any viruses & optimise the machine's settings for best performance. The Protection Pack will prevent it from becoming infected in the future by adding a Firewall, & other security products.

Tutoring is available at £25 per hour, £35 for the first hour.

All other Home Services like Broadband connection & Home Networking are available at £25 per hour, though I always agree a flat free at the start of a job to avoid 'nasty' surprises.

Business Services

All Business services are charged at £45 per hour, though it is possible to pre-book hours at a discounted rate of £35 per hour through a 'support' package - please call for more details.

 

* A small charge may be made to those living more than 5 miles from Tiverton - but along with the flat fee you will pay this only once.
